So strange issue....I created a SL module with lightbox slides. When I apply the modern player (light) and preview it, it works great. But when I publish it to Review, I lose the white background on each lightbox slide. I reverted back to classic player and it works fine in Review.
When I click the trigger to bring up the lightbox slide, it's missing the white background. When I preview the project all looks well, but once I publish to Review, the white background disappears. This only happens when I select the Modern player.
Here's the link to the example that illustrates what's happening.
Yikes, I can definitely see the background is missing in your sample, Jackie! Thanks for sharing that link.
Would you mind also sharing the original slide with me so I can take a closer look? You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Sure! I've attached it here. One thing I forgot to mention, I have created similar files like this one (using lightbox slides) and applied the same modern player options and didn't have any issues (although that was yesterday - I haven't uploaded any others but this one today). Not sure if that helps with troubleshooting.
It turns out the slide background was set to 100% transparent! Simply adjusting the setting to 0% will solve the problem. This quick video demonstrates how to change the transparency setting.
Hi there! I am encountering a similar issue. My lightboxes are not showing any of the graphics that I have on each slide. They are just a blank screen. HOWEVER, when I created a test file to provide for you and took out all the irrelevant slides only to show what was needed, those lightbox slides worked. Help!

Hi there, Jackie! Thanks for reaching out!
Could you help me understand what you're seeing on your end? I created a quick, 4-slide sample and published it to Review 360 here.
Is that different than what you're seeing? If so, would you mind sharing your Review 360 link with me?
Thanks for reaching out Alyssa!

Here's a link to your file I republished after making that change. I hope that helps!
UGH! Of COURSE it was something simple!!
Thank you so much for figuring it out for me...I would never have thought of that!
Have a great weekend!

I'm happy I could help, Jackie! And same to you! 😎

Hello Patty!
Thanks for sharing those details; you already answered my first troubleshooting question! 😁
If that doesn't do the trick, feel free to share the troublesome file privately with one of our support engineers here as the next step so they can lend a hand!
