I have a video I have laid down on my timeline. I placed the cue points for the lightbox slides and created the questions I want at each cue point on separate slides. I have assigned each cue a lightbox. I believe I have setup the slide to close the lightbox correctly, but when I preview the entire project the lightbox is not closing. Please see attached image. Any suggestions?

I did disable double triggers just to see if that was it but it is still not working.
Good question. Not sure how you hooked up your triggers, but here's a tutorial that walks through what you need to do. I've also attached the file.
