I need help with creating a Likert Survey so it can be read by screen readers. I am using Storyline 360. When I tab it goes to the first question and that's it.
I haven't done a likert scale in Storyline, but generally with a likert type interaction, you will tab to the first question, then use the arrow keys to move through response options, and space or enter to select a response. Try playing around with not just the tab key, but also arrow keys, enter key, and spacebar, and see if you can navigate the scale that way.
I'm sorry this has you pulling your hair out! Our team is investigating changes to the Likert tabbing order as a part of our improvements focused on accessibility, so we'll keep you posted here once we have more news to share!

Ok thank you!
I just tried all the keys but still not working for me, starting to pull my hair out. Anyone know of another accessible solution to capture results?

In the meantime, here's an idea another community member shared: Likert tabbing order / selecting radio buttons.
