That's not currently possible using a built-in method in Storyline, but you can submit a feature request here.

I suspect it may be something you'd be able to do with JavaScript. Though this isn't something I could help with, maybe others could jump in and provide some suggestions.
Since we don't support the creation of Javascript I don't know that there would be a video tutorial created by staff - but there may be a community member who is able to assist you. The feature request I recommended you submit was in regards to setting a minimum character length for a text entry/fill in the blank. Sorry if I contributed to any confusion.

This is still not a feature in Storyline 1 or Storyline 2, although as I shared with Anastasiya it may be something you could set up with Javascript.
