Link to Flash Player required for Accessibility

I understand that a link to any plugins needed to view a presentation needs to be included to meet 508 requirements.

Can anyone give me an example of some appropriate wording for a link to download the Flash player needed to view storyline files?  

I assume the html5 version we're publishing will take over in case the user doesn't have flash installed (or is on a mobile device), but the html5 version isn't necessarily 508 compliant, so I'm wondering how to appropriately and succinctly word the text for the link to download the flash player.  

Suggestions?
