Linking Storyline files when publishing to an LMS
Apr 27, 2017
Alright so I am sure many have gone through this issue but I have had a hard time trying to find the discussion on this topic.
I have put together a huge course which was posted to an LMS. I was told due to the size I would have to break it up into the different lessons. I went in separated the lessons, added it to a Multiple SCORM Packager, and posted it to the LMS. Everything works except the links to navigate the user back to the main document or the links from the main document to the other lessons.
I've linked them to the index files and they still don't go to the other storylines files. Due to classifications of the course, I can not post it to the discussion board but any advice would help.

Hello Deandre - So you have individual published Storyline files that you wish to connect/categorize within your LMS?
I'm sure that there is a community member here that can offer advice on that, but I'd advise following up with your LMS Team as well.
Hi Leslie,
Thanks for the response, I've combine the files with Simple SCORM Packager. The problem is once combined the main file does not connect with the others. It has all the functions within the lesson but the lessons are not linking to one another.
Ah, thanks for the clarification Deandre. That sounds like it's a bit out of our realm of support. Storyline supports one method of reporting to your LMS.
I know the community is more savvy with this method and hope they chime in to assist you here.
Okay Leslie,
Thank you for your assistance. Hopefully someone does chime in.
