I have several links in a course that take students to various pages on our company's intranet. We have a group fully tests new courses before they're implemented in the LMS. They found that the intranet links in my course work fine when testing in PC mode, but they do NOT work when testing in Tablet mode. I am totally baffled on how to fix this. Is there some kind of setting that I need to check to make sure links work in both modes? I don't have a way to view the course in Tablet mode so I was only able to do my own testing in PC/laptop mode.

I’m using Storyline 360. The testing is being done in the Staging portion of Success Factors LMS. I’ll need to do some follow-up to see which browser they are using on the tablet during testing.
Good to know, Kimberly. As a next step, I would recommend testing the output in SCORM Cloud, a LMS testing tool. This will narrow down whether the issue is related to SuccessFactors LMS or Storyline itself.
