In "Player" I have successfully tested all the links I have under the "Resources" tab yet when I go to publish none of the links are working. Thanks for any advice.
Are you viewing the published course locally? If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
I'm experiencing the same problem. I've tested the links and they work. The file is saved for the Web. I placed the file in my Public Dropbox folder and shared the link with my client. The links under the Resources Tab do not work in the published version. Everything else works fine.
When you tested the links were you using the same Dropbox link to access the course? If so, you may want to check that the client isn't encountering some security restrictions from their own browser or computer that would prevent the new links from opening up. If the links weren't working when you tested from Dropbox either, we'd want to take a look at how they were included in the course, and you may want to try loading up the course to a web server such as Tempshare to test out that version.
