Let's see if I can help: Are you looking to track your course by the number of slides viewed and quiz result?
If so, it sounds like the Completed status is showing for the seen slides. While tracking both measurements or multiple quiz scores for the same course isn't supported in Storyline, there may be a way to track more than one SCO (shareable content object) in a single module using these unsupported methods.
