I am using Storyline 360, and my course has questions throughout with a results slide at the end. When I publish it for HTML, it works like I want it to, but when I send it over to my LMS people they are saying it is still not grading it correctly when I publish it in SCORM1.2.
I am fairly new to both Articulate and our LMS, so please bare with me if I am making a simple mistake or I just don't understand. Can someone help me here, or lead me in the right direction. Thanks.
I would recommend you publish to LMS and then upload the file to ScormCloud (a free Industry LMS) that will help you troubleshoot if there is an issue in the SL file itself or with your LMS.
Did you get this figured it out? I'm having the same issue. I'm also new to Storyline and because of budget cuts, we cannot use our contractors to create content. I'm having to learn myself from scratch. I created a very simple presentation with 20 questions at the end. It displays well, buttons work well, etc, but it does not track completion in LMS on the passing score. I also don't know what to do or who to ask and I just saw you had the same issue.

Sandra, I did figure it out. I had already done what the comment below says (ensure you're tracking using a results slide, as well as selecting a Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed reporting option). But then I uploaded my content to SCORM Cloud and realized it was working fine. It was an issue with our LMS that we use.

Also, make sure you're uploading the entire zip file. I was just uploading one file at first, and I think that might have been messing me up as well.
