LMS Scorm 1.2 were the user can only make the test once after completed sucessfully
Apr 03, 2019
Hi. The user logged in with the LMS should only be available to take the course one time if he or she made success when completing the questiontest. I make a variable that is set to false. When the user completes the test with success I make the variable to change from false to true.
I then have only a Exit button. When user tries to enter the course again I have a trigger in the begging that checks for the status of the variable. If the variable is false the user did not complete the course. If the variable is True the user made a completion of the course earlier and is moved to a slide with information that the course have been completed. He/she must purchase the course again to enter. My question is two.
1. How will the status of true and false be transfered to the LMS? The guys at the LMS is talking about cmi.comment
2. How will the user at the LMS be able to purchase and reset the status from true to false again.
Best regards Toers

Hi Terje,
If you're using Storyline variables, you could use the method here to report it to your LMS. Beyond that, if you needed to look at adjusting the cmi.comment or other internal variables I'll defer to the community of experts here in E-Learning Heroes for some help on Javascript or editing the published output.
Thanks for the tip regarding sending variable to the LMS. I guess I need to collect a report from the LMS to reset the course when the user have purchased the same course again.
