LMS Test Tracking issue

Hi, 

I have inserted a fill in the blank type of question, and result page in my storyline file. Results are getting calculated on the basis of this one question. I'm publishing the file for SCORM 2004, 4th edition as per the requirement. The tracking is kept on the basis of result. I have uploaded it on SCORM Cloud. The issue is, after completing the quiz successfully, the scores are getting tracked but the completion status is displayed as "incomplete". Can anyone please suggest why the completion status is not getting tracked along with the scores? I have also attached the screen-shot for the same.
