Lock resizing export at max size - but allow it to resize smaller

Hello everyone!

I need my exported courses to resize smaller, but I don't want them to resize larger than the optimum size.

I achieve this using Adobe Captivate by editing some of the exported javascript, but I'm having no luck with Storyline and I don't know where to start.

To clarify, the built-in options only allow me to lock it at the optimum size (and not go smaller), or resize beyond the optimum size (as well as smaller).

Any help is much appreciated.
