Is there a way to lock/unlock multiple items in one go on the timeline? I have 10-15 items in a couple of slides and I wondered if I could lock them all in one go rather than clicking on each one individually!?
You can group the items together. Just select the items, right-click then Group. That will bundle them all together and you can lock the items all at once.
Just tried and the only issue is that I have a number of clickable objects etc. on the slide and grouping them treats it as on object! click one thing and the all try to be clicked - it was weird!

Hope this helps,

Ace! Thanks Donna - one (hopefully final) question - will doing this affect any timings/animations/triggers etc.?
Good question.. tried it.. seems to work just fine. Just make sure to do the groupings after you have done all the timing and animation.
Thanks!!!!
Hi Eric! Looks like Donna is taking care of you here
Thanks Donna!
