Hi Everyone, I'm currently making a policy based course. My stakeholder would like the quiz locked but the rest of the course open to toggle through. Is there a way I can lock only the quiz so it unlocks after they visit each slide (Not necessarily in a linear order)
? So far in player settings its either flexible or restricted.
Add a slide right before the first slide in the quiz. For example, call it Quiz Access.
If you're using the built-in Menu, keep this slide in it. But delete all the other quiz-related slides from the Menu. (Deleting them from the Menu doesn't impact the actual slides. It only prevents learners from using the Menu to navigate to those slides.)
Disable the NEXT button on the Quiz Access slide. When all the other slides have been viewed, enable the NEXT button so the user can advance to the quiz.
How to do that? Well, you'll need to use variables to track which slides have been used. And the triggers to control the NEXT button will need conditions to check the status of those variables. If that doesn't make sense, well, perhaps the info from these two posts will help:
