We've produced a course in storyline, and this is fine on desktop, but when viewing through Articulate player on the ipad the logo above the menu has vanished. Is there any way we can fix this? I know it is listed as one of the fixes that has been made, and we have the latest version, but just can't get this to work.
Looking at the fixes this was fixed in version 3 - we've got version 5 installed. The player was downloaded yesterday. We've also tried this with previous programs we've produced which weren't specifically for ipad, and the same thing happens. We've tried the logo in a couple of formats, and still doesn't show.
I haven't seen this recently for Flash (Articulate Mobile Player), but we are investigating an issue with HTML5 content not showing the logo in the player.

I would ensure you have the latest version of the AMP installed on your iPad and that you are using the latest version of Storyline.
Often with the logo deleting it and reinserting it will fix and issues where it does not display.
