I have a master slide that has our company logo and copyright information on it. When building slides, it looks perfectly normal. When I preview or published a file, the logo looks distorted (pixelated) but the copyright info is fine. Is there a setting I'm missing or is it a template or master slide issue?
Are you scaling the image or the player as a part of your set up? That could be causing some display issues with the logo image. I didn't see a copyright as a part of that image shared here, so it's hard to discern if there is something else happening?
No, no scaling. I think there was something off in the orignal template, causing the distortion. I ended up deleting the image from the master and inserting it again. That seemed to work.

Hi Ashley,
No, no scaling. I think there was something off in the orignal template, causing the distortion. I ended up deleting the image from the master and inserting it again. That seemed to work.
Thank you!
Thanks Brigid for the update and I'm happy to hear it's fixed and back to normal.
