Looking for Support with Exit Triggers in Storyline

Hi E-Learning Heroes community! I've been having some trouble with exit triggers in my courses.

I've read this article from top to bottom, and changed the settings in the player to launch in a new window and republished (although it still launches in a new tab) without any success.

Can someone please help me out with a stable workaround?

Thanks so much, Luciana! The answer is essentially that "Triggers and player tabs that exit the course won't work in Review 360", but the good news is that I can look into other options for previewing courses - like hosting to the web or uploading them as a video.
