I have a problem with resolution of videos that I record in Articulate Replay and want to insert into slides into Articulate Storyline. When I watch .mp4 before inserting into Storyline, they have the desired quality, however after I watch the very same videos in Storyline, they have poor resolution. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix that?
I'm glad to hear the initial videos are looking as you'd like, so let's figure out what's happening when you insert them into Storyline!
First, can you check the best practices outline here? Those are all things to ensure you have the best possible video setup. Once you've done that, I'd also want to know if you're seeing this loss of quality while editing or when publishing as well?
If you're still having trouble, could you share a copy of your MP4 so that we could take a look?
