Is your file saved locally and do you have the correct fonts installed? These are the only instances I've seen of a similar issue and typically it's DPI.

What do you mean you lose your layout? Did you move the file to your new computer? Are there templates you need to move over?
Do you mean that the formatting is off perhaps? Are you using 96 DPI on your new computer?

Yes, I mean that the formattin is off perhaps. I checked and I use 96 dpi on my new computer.
