Had a company laptop refresh this week and had to reload Articulate 360. But now find all my Storyline files have disappeared from my Onedrive so in effect lost 3 years worth of work. Has anyone come across this problem?
Had the exact same scenario (laptop refresh) and resulting issue 2 weeks ago. Lost entire library of Storyline files for eLearning courses. Having to recreate the library. We are creating an alternate process internally to avoid this happening again. Extra work - yes. But to avoid this issue again - worth it.

Can you connect to OneDrive on the server? Is anything up there?
