Lost Storyline 3 Serial Number

I used to use Storyline 3 - my company purchased a copy for me.  I then was temporarily transferred to a different department that installed Articulate 360. I was transferred back and lost my 360 'seat' so I need to use Storyline 3 again but I am being prompted to enter a serial number.

I have a copy of the invoice but my company is unable to locate the serial number.  What can I do?
