Major Audio Volume issues in Storyline--Please HELP Oct 09, 2014 By Sharron Rogers Hello, I recorded my audio using a microphone and the quality on my computer was good when I previewed and published. However, when my coworkers listened to it on their computers, the volume was very, very low. So in order to fix the problem, I decided to increase the volume within Articulate (so that I wouldn't have to record again.) The volume was fine in preview mode, but when I published, I didn't hear anything at all on the slides that I published. Can you tell me what the problem may be. Are there any solutions. Please help. Did you try reverting the audio volume back to normal to see if it appeared normally again in publish? You'll also want to confirm that you're working locally as described here and testing your published output within the intended environment. If you're still having difficulty, we'll want to take a look at your .story file.
