I keep getting an error message when I try to preview or publish a particular file. I have clicked the send button in the error message, but haven't received anything back. It is a file with 7 scenes with 35 slides. I've been having this issue for almost two weeks now.

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
