Make Slider Move By Itself?

Hi all! I have a quiz where the learner will adjust a slider to display a number in a box to show the correct answer. To do this, I created multiple states of a text box with the numbers 1 - 10. When the slider is adjusted to position 1, it changes the state of the text box to 1. Etc...

What I'd like to have happen is, while I'm narrating the instructions, have the slider move by itself. So, say at 5 seconds (while I'm saying "Move the slider to display the correct answer...") the slider moves from position 0 to position 10 and back to 0 for the learner to adjust it herself.

I don't see any triggers that will allow this to happen. Am I missing one?
