I have a course with multiple choice, multiple correct answers. In order to list the rationales for each answer I have put a marker at the end of each answer that the learner can click on to see the rationale. The markers are slow to appear and sometimes do not appear unless the learner clicks in that area. This is not a mobile app it is simply on a laptop, why are they so slow or no to appear and what can I do to correct this? Thanks!
Hi, Enrica -- I agree with Wendy; if you'd like to share your file for additional insights, all you need to do is click on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button and you will be able to browse and upload from there!
And may I ask, are you seeing the same behavior when you test your published output in the intended environment, as well?
I have just had a look at Q1 and as I mentioned in my reply above - check the position of the markers on the timeline. Here is the screenshot of Q1 and some of the markers are not set to come on stage until 4+ secs - that is the delay you are seeing. Move them all to start at the beginning of the timeline.
And if you want the user to not have to click to reveal you could change the marker option to 'show all on hover' which would show the contents of the marker when the user hovers over. Hope this helps.

Hi Enrica
Is it the position in the timeline? Is there a delay?
Is there any sort of animation on the markers?
Might be easier for someone to help if you upload your file and they can see what's happening.

Thanks, Wendy and Christie-here is the course...
