I put markers on a scrollbar and they move with the scroll which is what I want. And they work properly on the slide, but in preview I am unable to get the boxes to open when I click on the marker and I get some "phantom" box when I hover over the marker. Is it possible to have moving markers on a scrollbar and have them functional at the same time?

Are you asking about markers inside a scrolling panel, or on the scroll bar itself? Mind attaching the file here so we can have a look?
