I've markers on a slide in Storyline but the description boxes dont have handles to resize the box. Its a project created a few months ago and when I add a new marker it is fine with the resizing handles.
If I use the format painter and apply the format of the new marker to the existing, the old marker still doesnt have handles. But if I apply the format of the existing to the new marker the resizing handles disappear.
Any suggestions on how I get the boxes resized on the existing markers is welcome.

Please make sure that you are working locally with the file as described here. you could also try and import the file into a new file. You may also want to try the repair of Storyline to see if this helps the issue.
