Master Slide pop up layer not working on all slides

Hi There

I am having an issue with the project I am working on at the moment where a menu pop up I have added on a Master Slide only works on the first three slides in my project.

After the third slide the control stops working for the rest of the project. 

I am sure I have checked everything to make this work but I am coming up at a loss. 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
