Hello, I have used Storyline 2 for several months. Today, I am seeing unusual formatting in my slides after I insert a blank. I suspect something has become corrupted in my Master Slide. The resulting slide is a pile of letters, not words forming sentences from left to right.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've run into. If you think it's corrupted, I'd look to first confirm that you're working on local project files as described here. Also you could look at importing it into a new file as described here, as that tends to help resolve some issues with corruption.
