can you please help me. How do I mix matching answers in mathcning drag-and-drop slide? When i create quizz I have to write correct answers infront of the question. But I want that answers mix when a user do thequizz. Otherwise they jaut have to match the answers to the question next to it.
Oh, my Shuffle is not active. I have several questions but it doesn't work. Ok, wait, I see that you have drag and dropp from Free form slide, but I use prebuilt slide. What do I have to do to be able shuffle in this case?
If you use the built in matching Drag and Drop then they shuffle automatically when you publish. the shuffle option is greyed out because it will always shuffle on this question type.
Of course sometimes they will be shuffled into the correct position if you only have a few options.
I've got the same issues. What do you mean with publish? I published it in Review and it still don't shuffle. Should I publish it in our LMS or should it also work in Review?
Phil is correct, the right side of a drag-and-drop interaction will automatically shuffle when your slide is previewed.
Are you experiencing something different with your slides? If so, would you be willing to upload a copy of your file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look?

If you choose Form View on your drag and drop slide, there is a menu at the top that has options for you to shuffle the answers.
You can choose None, which is the default, or Answers.

That question type shuffles by default, so no need to specify :) That's why the option is not available.
Hello! Yes, I thought so, but it doesn't. That is why I became confused. When I run the project nothing happens with the answers.

It should shuffle in preview and publish only one side will shuffle.
