Matching Drag and Drop Questions does not have options

What version of Storyline are you using? It could look slightly different depending on the version, but here's where you'll find those options in Storyline 360. 

Keep in mind, this is for the actual drag and drop question types, you won't find those if you set up something custom with drag triggers.

I can not find the drag and drop options whether in the form view or the question tools in slide view. If you tried to insert a graded question slide that is called matching drag and drop, you won't find the drag and drop options.

The Matching Drag-and-Drop question type does not have the option to make incorrect answers snap back. However, the Freeform Drag-and-Drop question type does have that option! Here's where you can find it:

Hi - I'd like the user to be have to complete the exercise before the incorrect answer returns to the original spot - is this possible?

This is not a built-in functionality, but I think this conversation will get you headed in the right direction with your design.

I have a 'Drag and Drop' problems.  This is the correct matching order.  How can I display to quiz takers in a jumbled fashion.  In this case, the users always see the correct order. Thank you

From your screenshot, it looks like you're viewing the slide in Edit Mode. 

When you preview or publish the slide, the answers should be shuffled. Let me know if that's what you see when you preview the slide!
