I've recently upgraded our existing e-learning courses to Storyline 2, but I've noticed that the feedback layers on one of the matching drag and drop quiz slides won't appear.
I've tried to compare my storyline 1 and 2 files and can't work out what the problem is. I have attached the storyline 2 file to check that I have set it up correctly. Its the quiz on slide 11.
I saw a slide 10 had a matching drag and drop quiz, and it was set up to branch the feedback to the first slide and not a specific feedback layer - so I'm not sure if that's what you intended or you'd like to see the layer. You'll want to take a look at the behavior detailed here in regards to the Storyline feedback information.
Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the tutorial. I ended up re-creating the slide as I couldn't work out what the problem was. When I tried to change the 'branching' it would only let me branch to a slide and didn't give the option of branching to the feedback layers.
Branching would only go to slides, not layers. So if you removed the branching options completely and let it default to the feedback layers that would have allowed you to use those - but it sounds like you got it working as needed.
