I'm trying to create a knowledge check using the matching drop down option. When I come to preview it I want the user to either select one of two options, however, I seem to get a list repeating themselves.
Anyone know how I can just limit this to 2 options.
Hi, Paul -- Thanks so much for reaching out and sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you might be able to share your file or an example to help illustrate what you are describing? If so, please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and you will be able to browse and upload from there.
Just wanted to pop in - sounds like you may have duplicate answers available and that may be the issue? Keep in mind that this question type is a 1:1, so there is a choice for each selection. A Drag and Drop may work better for you as this allows you to have a differing combination if needed. Just attach your file as Christie mentioned if you'd like us to take a look.
Yes, that's what I thought you may be trying to do. The thing is that the software reads each of those 'Personals' and 'Sensitives' as different correct answers and they will have to match up exactly as you've designed for the user to get the answer right.
For instance:
Name = Personal1
Address = Personal2
Medical Details = Personal3
Make sense?
I'd advise a drag and drop, check out slide 2 in the attached.
I have the similar issue with the matching drop down quiz option. where I have10 quiz questions with two options only.I don't want to use the drag and drop, as it will be an accessible course.
is there anyway, I can prepare the quiz, with two option displayed for all the 10 quiz questions.

Hi Leslie,
Thank you very much for your help and showing an example, much appreciated!
No problem Paul :) Hope that helps.
Hi Leslie,
I'm interested by the file you share, but I can't open it as a .story file, only as a .zip.
Is it possible to open it in Storyline from the .zip ?
Thank you for your answer !
Hi Justine! The file shared above is a .story file. Could you try to open it in another browser perhaps?
Thank you Leslie for your answer !
Indeed, I download it with an other browser and it works this time ! :)
Thanks !
Glad to hear it Justine :)

Hi Bijan
You could use a Freeform Pick Many - see attached sample. The user can tab to each option and click enter to select.
Hi Wendy,
Thanks for the reply. Currently, I am using SL2 so can't use this file.
Hi, I didn't see where you mentioned the version you were using. Here is the sample rebuilt in SL2
