I currently have a matching drop down questions in a module that works fine when the people taking it get the answers correct. The problem occurs when they get a answer wrong. It tells them to try again and goes back the original slide. Once there they are unable to retake the questions. Have i missed something in the set up of this questions.
How many retries have you got configured for the question?
If you have unlimited, this can contribute to the issue. Change the number of times the user can retake the question to a specific number. Also verify your Incorrect layer Continue button is set to first submit the answer, then jump to the next slide.
