Hi! I'm wondering if there's a way with the Matching Dropdown interaction to take away the choices that appear in the dropdown once they are matched. I have a long list of definitions where the user is asked to match the term using the dropdown list. Once a term and definition are matched I'd like for the term to not appear as an option for matching to another definition. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
No, I don't think this is possible with this question type, just as it's not possible to have a different items in the dropdown list for different parts of the question on the same screen. I've got round this in the past by building a bespoke dropdown interaction from scratch. Happy to share source files if you're interested.
David's right--the matching drop-down interaction will show all answer choices on the dropdown, even if they've already been selected. But if removing the choices that have already been selected would make life easier, you can let our product development team know here!
