Is there a recommended timeline length per slide to maintain performance? Or max size per slide? I have content that spreads across 3 slides that would flow better on 1 slide however, I was concerned if combined to one slide it would be too much/large. If combined it would be about 3-4 minutes and containing several screencasts, audio clips, etc. I have no idea if the size per slide can be determined. Thanks.

However, it's easier for a user to review content when it can be accessed in discrete chunks. So, in general, I'd vote for spreading content across multiple slides.
If you want to maintain the flow, you could program it so the slides in question advance automatically. You could even use variables and conditions so that only happens the first time the slides are viewed.
