I have three different sized / orientation monitors. There are different advantages to undocking the timeline on portrait mode if there are many objects. Landscape is best when there are few or the duration is very long. Manually resizing the panel when changing displays could be easier if SL2 had a maximize icon.
Is there a plan to support a maximize icon so the undocked timeline will fill the display or is this a limitation built into the underlying framework?
We don't share a product roadmap, but that sounds like a great idea that you may want to share in the form of a feature request so that our product development team can take a look.
