Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! I haven't seen a template for the media panel look in Engage, but it's one of the new interactions with Engage 13. You may want to review the other Storyline templates here.
Thanks Ashley, it was Engage 13 where I had seen it. Thought it might have been taken from one of the Storyline templates that I'd missed. It's a great interaction, perfect for what I'm looking for but quite difficult to replicate in Storyline, in particular the media scroll area. I might give it a try
