Menu and Narration Tab Mixed up in HMTL5 Version

In the HMTL5 verion the menu tab does not aprear wtih a menu it apears with the Naration.

If you look the the regular verions in flash it apears correctly. Menu contains the menu and naration contains the audio.

What settings do I need to adjust to get the hmtl5 version to work properly?
