Menu auto-collapses when video played

You mentioned this problem happens after the content is published. Can you tell me more about that?

• Did you publish for LMS or Web?
• Where did you host the published content?
• What web browser did you use to test it?
• Is the video a MP4 file, or embedded from the web?

Thanks for your response.

I published for Web, and the file is on my desktop. I used Google Chrome to
test it. It seems to occur for both mp4 files and web videos.

Thanks for those details, Phoebe! Since you published for Web, try testing the output on Tempshare. 

Testing published output locally from your desktop can cause problems like these, so hosting it on a web server (or Tempshare) should help.

Thanks Alyssa. I'm trying to upload my file to Tempshare, but it seems to
get stuck. For a while it would get stuck at Upload: 99%, but now it won't
seem to do anything once it reaches Publishing: 100%. I've retried it
several times.

Any suggestions? I have also submitted a ticket.
