Just updated to Storyline v5/latest Articulate Mobile Player. I have the menu in the Topbar Right in the Player. When I open the file in AMP the menu is on the screen in the sidebar. How do I remove it from the sidebar? Thanks.
Hi Al, the Mobile Player does not support the menu in the Topbar (left or right) so it places it in the sidebar. I think the only way to remove it is to turn off the menu option in Storyline and then publish your course again.
Kevin and Nancy are correct - the menu will always appear on the sidebar left, and for as long as I've been here (almost a year) that's how I remember it within the Mobile Player.
Hi Al, the Mobile App has never supported the player tabs at the top so I'm guessing they felt it was better to display the menu at the side then just not show it at all. It makes some sense to me but it does disrupt the course design.

Hi Al,
Yes, Nancy is correct.
Another solution would be to develop a custom menu.
I'm not sure how up to date this chart is, but it may be helpful in knowing what is supported across the published outputs.

Thanks, Nancy and Kevin. Figured I was going to have to do that. Do either of you know what the rationale for the change was?
