I'm sorry, but there currently isn't a away to add additional spacing or line breaks in the Storyline player menu. You can use other formatting features, indenting, etc., but I'm afraid other formatting options aren't currently available.
If you'd like to see more options for Storyline's player menu in the future, you may want to consider sending a feature request over to our development team. We take all suggestions seriously :)
In the meantime, if you'd like to have more control over the customization of your menu, perhaps you could create your own menu and add it to your Master or normal slides. A lightbox menu may work for you, as well.
