I have a presentation with 101 slides spread across 7 scenes. Only the first four scenes are showing up in the player menu (both in the preview and when published) Does Storyline max out how many slides it shows in the player, or is there something I am missing?

Try resetting the menu and see if the missing slides/scenes are then added to the menu.
