Merging 5 mini courses into one

Hi Everyone,
I have been given the task to merge 5 mini courses into one and have absolutely no idea where to start. To provide some context, these mini course are about Managing Aggressive Customers however not everyone in our business would deal with customer the same so there are 4 courses, an intro, onsite, offsite, via the phone and via email.
I do recall completing a course like this years ago where I would get the the end and make a selection of which next one to complete next or exit the course.
I have a feeling there would be a great deal of triggers for this but I've never created anything where it would need to jump to a particular slide or how to have so many scenes.

just so I understand everyone would do the intro and then they would branch to one of the four - onsite, offsite, phone or email - or could one person do more than one.
Do you have a table set up with the possible combinations?

Yes that's correct, everyone do the intro and then select the next module, then choosing at the end of that one if they would like to complete another one.
I did draw a table just to understand the complexity of it in my head, i ended up with a very big table...
