I have a problem with my markers. I have the first ones I did on my presentation which I set as default. So the text is on a white background. Now, when I insert a new merker, the text in on a color background (but the label's background is still white). Help me remove the color.
I added a .story file with example 1 (the correct one) and example 2 (the incorrect on)
Thanks for sharing your file. I took a look and saw some odd behavior with the markers you'd added but adding my own markers was working fine. Here's a quick Peek video walking you through what I saw. Could you tell me a bit more about where you're files are saved and how you've initially added these markers? I'd want to check that you were adhering to the guidelines here to prevent any file corruption.
Hi, Thanks for replying so quickly. Unfortunately, if you write something in the label of your new marker, the background will probably turn blue. Because, everytime I add a new marker the label is white, but when you add text it turns blue. I don’t know what to do to ‘’reset’’ my markers
I also tried that and didn't have the same issue. Sorry, that was missing from my Peek!
It would help to know more about how you've created the markers, to begin with, and where you store/open your .story files from.
If this is happening across all your files, it is also a good idea to go through a repair of Storyline.
I also noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
I managed to make it work by opening a new project in storyline and copying a marker from that new project on my current project and setting it as default. So for now it’s working.
Glad to hear things are working normally again, Stéphanie. Please let me know if you run into it again, as I'd like to have you work with our Support Team to dig a bit deeper into your environment and how you created the markers.
