We have seen some Metropolis support issues in SL360 (18 months ago), logged the issue to no resolve. Have you by chance had any updated support news on this since?
While we don't have an official list of supported fonts, Storyline will utilize installed fonts on your computer. We use web fonts (WOFF files) in published courses, so the text looks exactly the way you designed it. If the font is showing up incorrectly, it could mean the font files in your published output aren’t getting to the web browser.
With that said, could you elaborate on what issues you are seeing? Is the Metropolis font not rendering correctly in the published output?
