I have just started training. I have weird things happening with characters where they are always decapitated (!) or where I cannot see buttons properly unless in preview mode.
The trainer said it might have something to do with having a high-res computer.
Oh no, James! Decapitated characters are definitely not desirable (unless you're putting together a Halloween course ;) ! I'd recommend checking out your DPI settings as described here as that tends to be the leading cause for decapitation among Storyline characters. Keep me posted!
