Update Versions of Articulate Storyline - blocked at Version Octobre 2022

Hello everyone,

I have some problems with the Update versions of Articulate 360 (Storyline 360), i hope you there is someone can help me with it please.

When i click on "Other versions" of Storyline 360, i see that the last version is "le 6 Octobre 2022   3.68.28887.0" (photo), we are 20 Septembre 2023, i know that we have a lot more recent versions of update. But mine, the last is Oct 2022.

I un-installed and re-installed many times but it still the same.

I even tried to download from here : https://360.articulate.com/downloads/all#usabilla_live_button_container_495876607, but, again, the same.

Is there anyone can help me with it please.

Quand je clique sur "Autres versions" de Storyline 360 je vois que la dernier version disponible est "le 6 Octobre 2022   3.68.28887.0" (voir photo jointe). Nous sommes 20 Septembre 2023 et je sais qu'on a beaucoup plus récent updates.

J'ai déinstallé er reinstallé Articulate 360 plusieurs fois mais le résultat reste le même.

J'ai même essayé d'installer les fichiers qui sont ici : https://360.articulate.com/downloads/all#usabilla_live_button_container_495876607. Toujours même problème.

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering difficulties updating your Storyline 360 installation. 

The installers for the latest version of Storyline 360 can be found in the link that you shared

You'll want to make sure that your organization's network is configured to allow connections to Articulate's endpoints in order for the updates reach your installation.

As a troubleshooting step, please try uninstalling the current version of Storyline 360 that you have, and reinstall using the recent installers to see if this gets you to the most recent versions of the applications. If this doesn't work for you, I'd recommend following the instructions here so we can start with a fresh install of Articulate 360 on your machine: 

1) Close the Articulate 360 desktop app by right-clicking the Articulate icon in your computer's system tray (by the clock) and choosing "Quit."

2) Go to your Control Panel and uninstall all Articulate 360 apps, including the Articulate 360 desktop app, Peek 360, Replay 360, Storyline 360, and Studio 360.

3) Download and extract this zip file on your computer: http://articulate-360-kb.s3.amazonaws.com/360cleanup.zip

4) Right-click the 360cleanup.bat file and choose "Run as administrator." The script should only take a few seconds to remove all the Articulate files and registry keys from your computer.

5) Reboot your computer.

6) Download the latest Articulate 360 desktop app here: https://360.articulate.com/downloads

7) Right-click the articulate-360.exe file and choose "Run as administrator."

8) Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app and click "Install" beside each authoring app you want to install.

9) Reboot your computer and test your Articulate apps.
