I've noticed on one of my newly created Storyline 3 courses that the volume icon displays in the bottom left corner when viewing the course on a PC (as it's supposed to) but it's not there when viewing on a mobile device or tablet. My project is built in modern player and volume is ticked in the player settings.
Does anyone have any ideas why my volume icon is missing on mobile and tablet?

Thank you for reaching out here in addition to our Support team! I see Gerald saw the same behavior and confirmed that the volume controller will not display on tablets and smartphones since they have their own volume buttons.
